Subscription and Renewal Policies for Video Training and Downloadable Course Materials

Effective November 21 2022, purchase of self-service video training and downloadable course materials entitles the buyer to 365 days of access from the day of the purchase (invoice date). During this period, purchased videos can be viewed and purchased course materials can be downloaded without limitation. An expiration reminder will be sent 30 days before expiration with an offer for renewal or update (if a newer version of the same training is available). If not renewed, access to video training and downloadable course materials is revoked 365 days after purchase.
